Welcome on Warcraft Money! Today second part of my Auction House Guide!
Ok where you can find Auction Houses…
- Booty Bay
- Everlook
- Gadgetzan
First of all you should use, simple the 80/20 rule. Have you ever heard of the 80/20 rule? It’s the Pareto principle (also known as the 80-20 rule, the principle of factor sparsity and the law of the vital few) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.(wikipedia)
This rule can be is also useful in World of Warcraft. After you optimize you effort you can earn 80% of your gold from 20% of your effort.
You should use alt (alternative character, created ONLY for Auction House business- you can transfer all items to “alt” and use this character as you Auction House “attaché”). Remember to log out near AH.
You should lower bid and buyouts, but only for items hard to sell. You’ve got less Warcraft money, but doing that you earn precious time!
You can try to use trade channel. You should have some items at your bank and when someone demand item, then you just sell it. Well, trying to sell at trade channel is less effective, but who knows…
You can sell large part of your items, to vendors. Items which had little value at the auction house above the vendor sell price, I started selling to vendors. Green items, cheap recipes - all items to max 1,5 - 2 gold.
With these tips, you should earn a lot of time. From my experience I know that these stuff is basic if you want to be “pro” doing business on Auction House.
If you don’t have “Auctioneer” addon get this addon fast! It’s most effective tool to earn a lot Warcraft money!
to be continued…
